Why am I getting a "404... The page you requested was not found..." error?

a.) If the page you were trying to visit was an uploaded personal photo ecard, it has most likely been removed. We remove uploaded ecards after a few months to free up our web server's hard disk space.

b.) Otherwise, if you clicked on a link from an email, try copying and pasting the entire URL ( e.g. http://... ) into your web browser's address bar and press Go!

If none of the above applied, please contact us.

To help you better, please include all that apply in your contact email:
- Original Email Message with non-working link
- Page/Ecard title you were trying to view
- URL that is giving you this error

Why are my ecard emails not being received?

Common Causes
  • Domain or user name did not exist, look closely and double check the address - this is the most common cause
  • Mailbox was full, no space left for a new message.
  • Recipient has selected to only accept email from specific addresses they choose and the sender's email address needs to be added for them to receive ecards.
  • The most rare possibility is that the email provider (examples: @aol.com, @email.com ) may not be accepting email from our website, in which case you may want to contact them.

All ecards you send from our website our delivered within 2 minutes of their scheduled date and time, we cannot control a possible delay by the receiving email provider, however a delay is rare and the ecard will likely arrive just minutes later.
